2011 Snowflake Festival is almost over.

Join us Sunday, Feb. 27 from 3-5pm for FREE Horse Drawn Wagon Rides and from 5-8pm for our Spaghetti Dinner. The Dinner is an annual tradition - open to the public, donations welcome.

UPCOMING SNOWFLAKE FESTIVAL EVENTS AT LOC
Saturday Feb. 26:
UP/DOWN THROWDOWN - CANCELLED due to lack of operational T-Bar.
Sunday Feb. 27:
CARDBOARD BOX RACE - Noon to 2pm - this event is still on, This first time event is a fund raiser for the LOC.
Anyone may enter a sled but only paying teams may compete for the trophy. $50 per competing team to enter a sled. Free to non-competitors.
Rules:
Build a sled using ONLY cardboard, tape, glue and/or zip ties. NO tape may be used on the bottom of the sled but you may was your cardboard if you choose. Boxboard is allowed. You decide the size of your sled. You may decorate your sled any way you want as long as it is family friendly. Sled must be riden down the hill. Two runs per sled. For sleds in the competition, fastest time will be used.
No pre-registration is required -
just bring your sled to the hill on Sunday.
Winning team to be announced after
the spaghetti dinner that evening.
